Couple of years back, when OpenAI launched ChatGPT (basically LLM) I was in awe with its capabilities. When I went through how it differed with Traditional search engines. Ex: Google.

Flow of Traditional Search Engine:
When we search for a thing in Google Ex: Ellora Caves. It went through a process. It will search for all the webpages/Websites around the internet. Search for the webpages that contain Ellora Caves data. Then it will understand the context in the web pages. Then rank all the webpages with the content. Ranking will be done on the basis of quality (trust worthiness of the web page) and relevance of the webpages.
That’s how we got the websites data as output in seconds!
The thing we need to remember is, Google will provide the data Only if the data exists in websites.
If there is no data uploaded on the websites/webpages the data will not be presented.

LLMs and How LLMs work?

Large Language Models are nothing but AI, where they trained on massive amount of data. Like they will dump all the data into one place, they refine it, and they will train the data. In the training it will understand the patterns of human language.
The output from the above one is, LLMs can write essays, answer questions, summarize long paragraphs, generate code and even generate images and videos.
And the most important thing is How LLMs will work?
It’s based on simple but a complex one.
If we gave an input in LLMs, it would try to predict the next word and complete the paragraph.
It will predict the next word on the basis of the data trained. That’s how output will be completed in seconds.

And most important thing is Plain LLMs will give you only the output but do not have the capability to act.

But on the other hand LLM Agent will have the capability to Act.

For Ex: If we give an input “Book the cheapest flight from Hyderabad to Delhi today”.
Plain LLM will give you only the list of cheapest flights that are available for booking.
But, LLM Agent will search also search the all the cheapest flights, compare it and book the flight on it’s own (after providing credentials for booking though)

My best use case for LLM with the Manus AI. Which is incredibly powerful. Often underused in the back of ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude.
The First one is with OCR. I had many old writing papers and articles that needed to be translated into digital words form. I tried many LLMs and image data extractor tools over the internet to extract words from it. But all of them failed except Manus AI of which gave me the 98% accurate extraction.

The second one is with my own website content and theme modification. It will take hours for me to do this manually. I gave this task to Manus AI Agent, it took over all process and completed the task in 20min.

It also helped me to find the cheapest deals and so on..

LLMs are revolutionizing human lives by providing impact and value into their lives. It’s going and growing in a more powerful way with each passing day. I don’t know when it will lead to dominating one for the humans and start to lose control by Humans.
But least we can do is extract best out of it until it last.
