I had a conversation with Deepak bhaiya..why would MNCs hire people from India?

Bhaiya replied with a simple and well known answer – Cheap labour/cost

and he added – MNCs wanted us to do most of the mechanical or labour work..

he said one example –

why many companies in India doing all the preparation/labour work at offshore and sanity or second level review by onshore..

because they wanted to get it done the labour works with us and controlling power retaining with them..

He also said even they did same with the China

even if they are the major economic power after the USA..then where we stand at??

It took minutes to realise what was really happening..

It paves me with a different perspective..

Different world..

In the end..all the rabbit hole and answer for all the power ends  with the one thing..
